Directions & Parking
Located just off Exit 5 of Interstate 87, Siena is easily accessible from nearly every corner of the northeastern United States. Attendees should enter the campus through the Turchi Road entrance off Spring Street Road. Follow Turchi Road (taking a slight right at the Marcelle Athletic Complex) until you hit Friars Road. Take a right, followed by an immediate left onto Francis Road. Take a slight right up the hill and this will bring you right in front of Snyder Hall, with parking lots on either side of the road.
Ample, free parking is available to conference attendees immediately in front of Snyder Hall, our conference home base. You may park in Lot C, which is right next to the entrance to Snyder Hall, or in Lot B, which is just across the street, off of Maloy Circle.
Attached HERE are campus maps with directions for parking.
Get lost easily? Don’t worry, there will be conference signage posted around the Siena College campus to guide you.
Who will you meet?
You will learn from and network with experts in a variety of fields, such as business, teach abroad, non-profit management, personal branding, international education, etc.
We expect to have study abroad returnees attend from all over the Greater Capital Region and beyond. You might even have the opportunity to connect with your peers from as far away as Williams College and West Point. As you know, the shared study abroad experience brings together people of all different backgrounds. We will most definitely have a fun and informative day!
Who are the organizers?
The EVOLVE Conference is a collaborative and combined effort of the study abroad/international programs offices of UAlbany, Union College, Siena College, SUNY Cobleskill, Marist College, SUNY New Paltz, and Skidmore College. Though we may be a few years older than you, our conference committee is full of study abroad returnees/nerds!
