In an effort to make it possible for anyone and everyone to attend the Capital Region’s study abroad returnee conference, registration is free for all study abroad returnees and their advisors. That’s right, we are charging you ZERO dollars, and we’ll even feed you!
Directions & Parking
The conference is at COLLEGE PARK HALL, 450 Nott Street, Schenectady NY and directly across from Golub headquarters. As College Park Hall is west of campus, on Nott Street between Seward Place and Erie Boulevard, be sure to enter the 450 Nott Street address into your GPS .
If you on Erie Blvd and exit the circle on Nott Street, College Park Hall will be one block in on the right and at the first traffic light you come to on Nott Street. If you are coming from the direction of the Union campus, either on Nott Street or Seward Avenue (turning left onto Nott), College Park Hall will be on your left.

Who will you meet?
You will learn from and network with experts in a variety of fields, such as business, teach abroad, non-profit management, personal branding, international education, etc.
We expect to have study abroad returnees attend from all over the Greater Capital Region and beyond. You might even have the opportunity to connect with your peers from as far away as Williams College and West Point. As you know, the shared study abroad experience brings together people of all different backgrounds. We will most definitely have a fun and informative day!
Who are the organizers?
The EVOLVE Conference is a collaborative and combined effort of the study abroad/international programs offices of Union College, Siena College, UAlbany, SUNY Cobleskill, Marist College, SUNY New Paltz, Skidmore College, The College of Saint Rose and Hartwick College. Though we may be a few years older than you, our conference committee is full of study abroad returnees/nerds!
